August 2006
Presentation of the book “El acceso a la Justicia como garantía de igualdad. Instituciones, actores y experiencias comparadas” (Access to Justice to guarantee equality. Institutions, players and compared experiences), compiled by Haydée Birgin and Beatriz Kohen and published by Biblos Publishing House.
The presentation was held on August 29 at the “Julio Cortázar” Room of the National Library. The book was presented by Dr. Bergoglio, Dr. Gordillo, criminal judge Larrandart and journalist Omar Lavieri.
It includes articles written by Abramovich, Birgin and Kohen, Gargarella, Garro, Gherardi, Fernandez Valle, López Puleio, Pinto, Pitch and Sommerlad.

The Access to Justice Project changes venue from CEADEL to ELA.

Survey following an OXFAM approved project in the first half of 2006 about the perception of Argentine women on their living conditions, focused on the political participation, domestic violence, work and social security, and sexual and reproductive rights.

• Gender diversity in the integration of the Court of Justice of the Nation.
• Analysis of legal decisions in relation to gender violence cases and hierarchical relation models in genders present in the social communication media.
